Situated in the heart of rural France, in a tranquil 15th
century village named Boussac with it’s colourful history
and beautiful old buildings that decorate the medieval part
of the town... It is here that you will find the chateau de
la Creuzette, a Napoleon III style country house, set in its
walled park with beautifully landscaped gardens. Art and
nature are inseparable and it’s from this premise that we offer
our guests a unique garland of experiences.
You may choose either to paint with Louis Jansen van Vuuren,
an art educator who taught at the Universities of Cape Town
and Stellenbosch for many years, or join the group on visits
to well known attractions in the Region as set out in the
itinerary. In the studio, the varied creative explorations will
focus on various interpretations of spring flowers in aquarelle,
acrylic and pastel techniques.THE PRIZE INCLUDES return airfares from Johannesburg to
Paris and airport transfer to Boussac. Five nights luxurious
accommodation at CHATEAU DE LA CREUZETTE; all meals
and drinks; all tuition and art materials; excursions in the
Limousin Region including entrance fees.The art you produce during the week will be packed in an
easy-to-transport portfolio that conforms to airline hand
luggage restrictions; Train transfer back to Paris at the end
