This painting was of such outstandingly high quality that people were fixated by the immense
detail of the Tsar’s beautiful piercing blue eyes, no bigger than a couple of pinpricks and the
details of his medals on his epaulettes with intricate precision, as well as the minute, precise
chains adorning it all. A breathtaking and most professional, masterpiece painted on polymin.
