“For this challenge I used a limited palette of Burnt Umber; Cerulean; Lamp
Black; Yellow Ochre; Burnt Sienna; Purple Lake. I was able to mix a good range of
colours from these six paints, and the result is a pleasing, atmospheric painting.
I will be using the W&N Professional range in future, combining them with other
mediums to create mixed media works.”
