Take furniture basics and turn them into something special with
these ideas that are easy enough for any non-DIyer to handle
you’LL need: a wooden bar stool
Sand the stool thoroughly, then clean
to remove all traces of dust. Apply
masking tape around the legs where
they meet the struts, then paint the top
part of the stool in a light colour and
leave to dry. Turn the stool upside down
and remove the tape. Apply more tape
to protect the new paint, then paint the
bottom of the stool a darker tone.
