...I EAT WHEN I NEED
COMFORT FOOD

Peanut butter and spicy banana sandwiches
are my all-time favourite indulgence – I even
included the recipe in my cookbook, Welcome
to My Table, so that my fans can enjoy them too.

... I ADMIRE IN OTHERS

Resilience. It may sound like a cliché, but I truly admire Oprah Winfrey for the
way she’s transitioned, grown and adapted through the times. She’s
established herself as a real force to be reckoned with in
both the entertainment industry and the business world.

...T H AT gI v E S
ME CONFIDENCE

It’s quite unbelievable what a bright-
coloured lippy does for me, both
aesthetically and emotionally! It’s my
go-to trick to refresh my look after a
long trip, before a big stage appearance,
or when I just need a quick pick-me-up.

...I NEvER LEAvE
HOME WITHOUT

My power bank... well, more accurately,
it’s the one thing I try to never forget at
home but occasionally do! I’m always
on the go, and in my business I need to
stay connected at all times. Technology
makes things easy these days – I can
do business deals, run my social media,
and manage my team from my car and
in-between meetings. I wouldn’t survive
without a fully-charged phone!

...I NEED TO
HAvE IN MY
KITCHEN

Good quality knives are a must as
I use them for every dish I prepare.
But what’s even more important is
a fantastic knife sharpener to keep
them in pristine condition.

...I USE IN
ALMOST ALL
MY RECIPES

Ginger works well in pretty much
any dish. The flavour has a kick
while being bold and versatile.
It can be added to sweet and
savoury dishes, which I love!
