Alchemy Oils Amla Hair Remedy,
£38, alchemyoils.co.uk
Get ready for a sleek, shiny mane
with this sweet, citrus-scented hair
oil from Alchemy Oils. It's packed
with a blend of ive oils for healthy growth and
strength, including amla (the Indian gooseberry),
coconut, avocado, argan, and lemon essential
oil. This is quite a heavy-duty product, so I'd use
it sparingly on the ends and combed through
underneath your locks. There's no denying the
shine this gave my mane, and the fragrance really
lasted in-between washes.

Benecos Natural Mascara Glamour
Look, £7.95, benecos.co.uk
Finally – a vegan mascara that's loaded with
dark, glossy formula! I've tried a lot of other vegan
versions and they’ve struggled to give me the
amount of product on the wand that I need for
my lashes, but this one deinitely delivers. The
design of the wand gave thickness to the base of my lashes,
which didn't turn clumpy as I brushed through to the tips.
Extra brownie points go to its certiied organic formula – it's free
from harsh chemicals that can irritate your eyes.

Happy Carrot Incredible Carrot Hero
Balm, £25, happycarrotskincare.com
This versatile little pot of orange carrot
balm is ideal for a range of skincare needs

  • it can be used as a cleanser, face mask,
and moisturiser. I rubbed a little bit of this
into my face, and it instantly melted into
my skin – however, the scent takes some getting used to!
It's sweet but quite earthy, unlike anything else I've used, but
you can't argue with the nourishing efect of all the plant
butters and oils in this product, including murumuru butter; watermelon,
tomato and raspberry seed oils; plus carrot and rosemary extracts.

Barry M Sandstorm
Baked Eyeshadow
Palette, £12.99, barrym.com
You won't go wrong with this fantastic
collection of colours from Barry M. This
palette is the perfect blend of taupes,
metallics, reds and burnished tones that
I've, quite frankly, become obsessed with.
The variety of shades are ideal for creating
striking looks that use two or three colours
each; I was amazed at how long-lasting
the hues were – I didn't need to reapply for
the entire day, and there was no annoying
crease in my eyelid that needed constant
buing with a brush. I love it!

Green People Intensive
Repair Shampoo, £14.50,
greenpeople.co.uk
Your hair will feel squeaky-clean
with this protein-rich shampoo
packed with organic green tea,
yucca, quinoa, sandalwood and orange extracts.
If you have long locks like me, you'll need to apply
this twice to get a suicient amount of lather to cover
your hair from root to tip. It left mine looking shiny and
feeling soft, so it's suited to dry, chemically-treated or
frequently blow-dried hair.

Awake Organics Sea Quartz
Gemstone Micro-Polish, £32,
awakeorganics.co.uk
Don't be put of by the intense green
colour of this cleanser – you may
resemble Fiona from Shrek for a few
minutes owing to the spirulina in
this product, but the gentle exfoliation and refreshed
complexion you'll experience is worth it! I really liked
the subtle buing efect of the superine clear quartz
crystals, and the orangey scent was a welcomed
surprise. Personally, I'm a fan of a good face
exfoliator during my morning showers, so I'll
be keeping this one close by.

Emani Perfect 10 Primer Serum,
£32, emanivegan.co.uk
I'm a irm adherent of the layered skincare
routine, so after I’d cleansed, toned and
moisturised each morning, I added this primer
serum to my face, and loved the result! It
easily absorbed into my skin, and it instantly
felt smoother, ready for me to apply a dab of foundation
here and there. I deinitely noticed that my make-up looked
more professional when using this, so it gets top marks.
