girls. It was nice in the villa while
it lasted, but the person I fell in
love with in the villa wasn’t the
same person outside.
Has it put you off having another
romance in the public eye?
Yeah, especially with a reality
star. If it’s someone with a talent,
like a musician or an actor, that’s
more interesting. They have a
passion as opposed to trying to
get headlines and trying to stay
relevant by doing PAs for young
girls. A man or woman with an
actual ambition, that’s more
up my street.
How do you deal with trolls?
I’m very opinionated and I’m
not afraid to share my views.
I’d never watched Love Island
fully before, but this season
I’m addicted. Where I’ve been
engrossed in it and giving my
opinion, people have reacted.
I don’t read the comments.
Nothing positive is going
to come from it.
Do you relate to the Islanders
this year?
Definitely! I turned my opinion
around on Amy. I was under the
impression that all the girls were
ganging together and bitching,
but I was sobbing when I saw
Amy pour her heart out. I had
been so narrow-minded.
Who would you have coupled
up with this year?
I liked Michael, but I’m not
sure now. I’ve kind of gone
off him a little bit. I think Ovie is
amazing and Curtis is a proper
gentleman. It’s unfortunate it
didn’t work out with Amy, but
he handled it nicely and in the
best way he could.
Are you
feeling body
confident?
Yeah, I’m really
happy. In the
villa I lost so
much weight
from the stress,
but since I’ve
come out I’ve
been so happy.
I’m living my life,
I’ve got loads of
projects going
on and I’m just
loving myself and
treating my body
kindly. Everything
in moderation. I’m
not going to the
gym six times
a week. I haven’t
got time for that!
You’re currently working with
Ann Summers. How did that
come about?
I’ve always been open about my

sexuality and my
friends and I
would talk about
our sex lives. So
when I came
out of Love
Island I was
shocked that
I was made to
feel strange
that I slept with
two boys. It
shouldn’t be
wrong for
women to
say that they
enjoy sex. Ann Summers’ beliefs
really line up with mine, so it was
a perfect and really authentic
collaboration.

Were you shocked about the
statistics surrounding the
orgasm gap?
I was absolutely shocked that 95
per cent of men always orgasm
and only 65 per cent of women
have one. I didn’t know the gap
was that big! I knew girls
sometimes faked it and me and
my friends have always been
like, “I’m too selfish to fake an
orgasm.” We need to start being
more selfish!
Why do you think it’s important
to talk about sex more?
I really want young girls to feel
that it’s fun and it shouldn’t be a
taboo. It’s sad that you’ve got one
life and girls are missing out on
all these orgasms. It’s ridiculous

‘I’m very fussy

  • I want a man or

woman with

ambition’

and it’s not fair. Imagine men just
lying back and being like, “It’s
fine, I don’t want to orgasm!”
More women in the public eye
need to speak out about it.
Is sex one of the most important
things in a relationship for you?
Definitely! People have different
levels of sex drive, but for me, it’s
a massive part of the relationship.
I enjoy sex and I want to have
a good sex life.
