VOGUE ‘MY

BODY HAS GREAT

SECRETS

After giving birth to her son
Santiago 13 months ago, Eva
Longoria embarked on a strict
healthy eating and fitness regime,
but admitted her post-baby diet
was so restrictive it felt like she
was “eating air”.
Ahead of her red carpet
appearances at Cannes in May,
the former Desperate Housewives
star cut out all treats from her
diet, saying, “I haven’t drunk
wine. I haven’t eaten sugar.
I haven’t seen a carb in a while.”
The 44-year-old actress also
hired celebrity personal trainer
Grant Roberts, who put her
through “six months of torture”
in the gym doing deadlifts, sled
pushes, battle
rope exercises
and squats.
Sharing a clip
of her powering
through a
workout, she
wrote, “For all
of us moms out
there. Thirty
minutes a day

  • we deserve
    it ladies!”

Megan McKenna has faced
a well-documented battle
with IBS and coeliac disease,
with the reality star admitting
that when her condition flares
up it leaves her stomach
looking like she’s “two
months pregnant”.
Because of her condition,
the 26-year-old is forced to
focus on her diet and admits
she isn’t a gym bunny. “I really
don’t work out that much, but
I take my poodle Daisy out for

a walk every day. It’s more
about what I eat,” she
previously said.
During a recent break
abroad, the former TOWIE
star looked trim in her bikini.
“I try to eat healthily,” she
said. “For breakfast I’ll have
waffle and beans plus orange
juice. Lunch is a chicken
and vegetable stir fry and
for dinner I’ll make sausage
and mash or fillet steak with
spinach and sweet potato.”

Vogue Williams is in the best shape
of her life thanks to her devotion to
exercise. Even on the day she gave birth
to her son Theodore, now ten months, the
33-year-old was planning to attend a Spin
class, admitting, “I had to be induced at
6am, so the doctors wouldn’t let me.”
She also says her lifelong love of
fitness helped her bounce
back post-pregnancy. “I’ve
worked out all of my life, so
my body has great muscle
memory,” she explained.
Vogue says exercising is
great for her mental health,
writing on Instagram,
“Exercise helps whenever
I feel anxious.” But there’s
one thing the model won’t
do to slim down. “I don’t
believe in dieting,” she said.
