NICOLE ‘I DON’T

DEPRIVE MYSELF’

She may look like she works out
with her personal trainer seven
days a week and lives on salad,
but Emily Ratajkowski is not
your typical model.
“I don’t have a trainer, and
I don’t really go to the gym. I go
on long walks and hikes with my
girlfriends. That’s about it. I’m
just not a crazy fitness person,”
the 28-year-old revealed. “Doing
yoga a couple of times a week is
a really big part of my regimen.”
As for her diet, Emily, who
found fame
dancing topless
in Robin
Thicke’s Blurred
Lines video,
won’t be going
vegan any time
soon. “I’m a
carnivore. I
really like to eat
meat. I crave
iron... I like to
keep it really
balanced to give
my body energy
and be healthy.”

Looking at 33-year-old Ciara in
her black one-piece, you’d
never guess she is mum to
five-year-old son Future and
two-year-old daughter Sienna.
Since welcoming her
“precious nuggets” she has
kept her body in shape through
a combination of a balanced
diet, drinking “a gallon of
water” a day and sprinting on
the treadmill. “Spring and hop
off, and repeat. You can do it ten
times and it really gets your
cardiovascular going like
crazy,” she revealed.
The US singer makes sure
she starts her day in the right
way too. “I wake up with a
healthy meal, like oatmeal and
a side of fruit,” she said.
Even when Ciara
relaxes her diet, she
makes healthy choices,
saying, “On the days
I decide to have fun,
I try to implement my
training program. I may
have a cheeseburger
and fries for lunch, but
I try to balance it out at
dinner time.”

Billie Faiers gives
us body envy
every time she
steps out in a
bikini – which is
often – and she
has found a fun
way to maintain
her slender waist
without setting
foot in a gym.
“This will
sound weird, but
I’ve got a hula
hoop indoors. I’m really good at
hula hooping and it’s great for
your waist,” the mum-of-two said,
adding, “I do squats around the
house and sit-ups too.”
The 29-year-old also credits her
five-year-old daughter Nelly for
helping her maintain her figure.
“I run up and down my stairs about
200 times a day for Nelly,” she said.
“In one way she’s exhausting

  • some children are a lot more
chilled out – but it’s done me
a favour as it’s helped me keep
    my weight off.”

Nicole Scherzinger has made no
secret of the struggles she’s endured
over the years battling her body
demons. But showing off her athletic
figure in a bikini during a holiday in
Hawaii earlier this month, it’s clear
she’s finally proud of her 5ft 4in frame.
“Love and accept yourself. Don’t
deprive yourself of anything because
you’ll crave it and you might binge on
it. Everything in moderation,” the
former Pussycat Doll has said.
The singer, 41, maintains her shape
with a mix of “Spinning, hot yoga or
hiking” while in Los Angeles. When
she’s away from home she still sticks
to a fitness schedule, revealing, “I run
on the treadmill for 20 mins, then try
to do some squats, sit-ups on the
exercise ball and yoga stretches.”
While her diet is usually strict,
she admits nothing can stop
her indulging in junk food.
“I love pasta and pizza.
I love Mexican food
with lots of cheese.
I love French fries or
crisps,” she said.
