Since welcoming her
second child last year,
Amy has admitted she’s
found it a struggle to get
back into keeping fit. But
the former TOWIE cast
member has now enlisted
the help of a personal
trainer. “We’ve started with
simple exercises to get me
back into it and have also
focused on the pelvic floor
and core,” she says.

To stay toned, Amy does
body-weight exercises,
including squats, lunges and
burpees. However, she’s
definitely not a fan of the latter. “I hate
burpees,” she admits.

Six years ago, the glam star ran
the London Marathon and told us
earlier this year she’s planning to do it
again. “I’d like to start training around
September,” she revealed. “When
I put my mind to something I always
do it.” You go girl!

Nutritionist Karen Daly has
helped improve Amy’s eating
habits. Amy says Karen has shown
her “how to make Thai curries,
chicken pies, even nachos and taco
chips from scratch and how I can
include all of these weekly and still
reach my weight-loss goals”.

When it comes to her body, Amy has
a relaxed attitude. “I just want to feel
good in myself,” she told us. “I never weigh
myself because I’d obsess and be like,
‘Oh my God, I’ve put on a pound.’”
