Depp and claimed to be injured.

WHO he plans to subpoena Franco and Heard’s
ex-boyfriend Elon Musk as “fact witnesses” on
behalf of his client. “We already know from 87
surveillance videos and 31 eyewitnesses what
Elon Musk and James Franco saw the week of
May 21 — that Ms Heard’s ‘battered face’ was a
hoax,” Waldman said. Heard’s lawyer Eric George
dismissed the claim, telling WHO, “This bogus
story is just another lame attempt by Johnny
Depp and his team to spread deliberately
misleading information.”
This back and forth is just the latest chapter
in the stormy relationship. When they first met
on the set of The Rum Diary in 2009, sparks flew.
“Amber is the female version of Johnny,” a friend
of Depp’s told WHO at the time. “She’s sort of
kooky and outspoken, and while that would
intimidate many guys, it is a turn-on for
Johnny.” During the film’s promotional tour in
