These game simulations don’t follow the trend of the
CPU-based tests. Like most of these desktops, the Acer
relies on integrated graphics that are not suitable for 3D
tasks or gaming. A partial exception to this is the

from Intel’s integrated graphics, but even that is well
short of the power of a discrete graphics card. I’ll note
that the Aspire failed to run our Superposition test at
the lower resolution, but it was able to run the test at
the 1080p setting, so I’ll chalk the crashes up to the

Hot on the heels of reviewing most of the competitor
desktops mentioned above, and with all that recent
information in mind, it’s clear to us that the Acer Aspire
TC-885-UA92 is the best pick. It’s priced in line with
WKHRWKHUVZKLOHR̆HULQJVXSHULRUFRPSRQHQWVDQG
performance. It doesn’t exactly have standout features,

this price tier for fancy extra features, and so we give it
top marks for doing the essentials better than the rest
