World of Horror, a point-and-click adventure game,
also played well. While it’s the most visually and
mechanically simple game I tested, clicking was
responsive and the game’s window could be resized
anywhere on the Shadow’s desktop, just like a window
on a local PC. I could easily have a web browser open
separately on my Shadow while playing the game.


NON-GAMING POTENTIAL
While Shadow is primarily intended for PC gaming,
because the service provides a powerful, fully functional
Windows 10 computer, it can also be used for creative
applications. You can conceivably load multimedia
production software on your Shadow and use it for
SKRWRHGLWLQJYLGHRHGLWLQJ'PRGHOLQJDQGHYHQ
game creation.


We didn’t test this aspect of Shadow, but based on the
hardware available through the service, it seems well
within the world of possibility. That said, you’ll need to
use some form of cloud storage or transfer service to get
PHGLD¿OHVRQ\RXU6KDGRZIRUHGLWLQJVLQFHWKHUHLVQR
direct uploading from your local computer.
