a knack for turning red carpets into runways. “I love that Winnie
is down for going big with her looks—and we wanted to go
big with her eye makeup at Cannes,” says pro Vincent Oquendo,
who cited early Diana Ross as inspiration for the shimmering
red and purple lids he gave her for the film festival (top left and
center). “I’ll create the look, then she’ll do her own eyebrows,
I’ll do her cheeks, she’ll do her skin. It’s really collaborative.”
Oquendo’s tip: When you’re doing smoky eyes, layer powder
shadow over a gel pencil for longer-lasting results.
