to wear this incredible Dior outfit. I almost fell over when I saw her—I was
reminded of those classic 1950s Irving Penn photographs with Jean Patchett or
Lisa Fonssagrives-Penn. I wanted to play off that classicism by keeping the
makeup very modern, with virtually bare skin and a stained mouth. Jenda [Alcorn,
Fanning’s hairstylist] pinned her hair up in a glossy waved bob that tied it all
