Rob searched for the right specification Bathurst
R for nearly five years before importing this
immaculate 2001 model. It’s been treated to some
subtle but sympathetic upgrades in the interim,
including an uprated braking system, a catback
exhaust and a boost controller. It makes around
265kW and has been cared for diligently. Rob was
keen to source a car with perfect bodywork and free
of modifications. It’s since been sold but its current
owner is more than happy with a car that can still
keep pace with a 911 GT3 on a challenging road.
