California girls Keeva and Satyana
didn’t get to visit the New Jersey set
of Girl Scout Cookie Championship,
so Mom at least brought home some
treats! Hannigan was elated to get
the hosting gig, even though she
was “a failed Girl Scout,” she jokes.
“It didn’t go so well for me!”

Alyson’s Little Cookies

Alyson Hannigan, host of Food
Network’s Girl Scout Cookie
Championship (Monday, Feb. 3,
8 p.m.), is living the sweet life with
daughters Satyana, 10, and Keeva, 7,
and hubby of 16 years Alexis Denisof.
“We love being together,” the actress,
45, says. Hannigan tells Us more
about her happy family.
Q: Are your girls interested in show
business?
My younger daughter wants to go on
America’s Got Talent, and I asked,
“What are you going to do?” She was
like, “I don’t know. I’ll figure it out
when I get there.” They love going to

premieres, and as long as they’re just
kids, I’ll support whatever they want
— but they’ll have to prove that they
want it.
Q: Is it exciting to do a show they can
watch?
Definitely! With Fancy Nancy, they
can hear my voice, and they can
watch Fool Us — but there have been
a couple, “When do we get to watch
Buffy?” I’m like, “A while still!”
Q: Do you want any more kids?
No, no. We just rescued a puppy from
South Korea, and she’s so wonderful,
but man, I might have to put a diaper
on her. We had to remove all the rugs.

“We’re a good
balance,”
Hannigan says
about Denisof.
“I’m the ‘yes’
parent.”
