Exquisite Beauty
On a late-afternoon walk in the Pat Busch Nature
Reserve near Robertson, I decided to concentrate
on birds near the reeds where there was a little water.
I saw quite a few but they were flittering around too
quickly to photograph. So I sat down in low bushes to
wait for something to appear. After about 10 minutes,
I managed to capture this little Karoo prinia in the
delicate flowers of the fynbos close by.
