8 light pink, and 4 medium pink.

B: Cut 21/2 ̋ × 21/2 ̋ squares: 2 dark

pink, 1 light teal, and 1 yellow; then

cut each into quarters diagonally.

PIECING

Star Point Unit

1. Arrange 1 star point unit.


2. Sew together a light teal and a
   dark pink triangle; press. Make 4.
   Sew together a yellow and a dark
   pink triangle; press. Make 4.


3. Join pairs of triangles to complete
   the unit; press open. Make 4.

Sew 2 triangles

together; make 8.
