Drafting for the Creative Quilter

(Marcin) #1

SEDONA 125

Borders
Four borders are added to Sedona—
one pieced border and three plain
fabric borders—in varying finished
widths of 3/8 ̋, 1/4 ̋, and 25/8 ̋ (35/8 ̋).
These borders are added to the quilt
in a boxed-corner fashion, meaning
you add two sides and then the top
and bottom. The quilt measures 18 ̋
(36 ̋) square finished, 181/2 ̋ (361/2 ̋)
square unfinished.

Measure your own quilt. If your
measurements are different from
mine, measure and cut lengths
based on your quilt from this point
forward.
