“I think the thing that’s meant the most
to me is all the love that I’ve felt,” she
graciously told Entertainment Tonight
after the telecast. “It has moved me.
It’s overwhelmed me actually.”
In The Wife, based on Meg Wolitzer’s
bestselling novel, Joan (Close) has always
