Interiors
A cantilevered brass canopy extends from
this facade – designed in keeping with the
building’s geometry and using a material
palette corresponding to the facade cladding
- and into the ground floor of the new

Yvonne says that the “building serves as a
statement of intent,” for the client, enabling

floorspace distributed across four storeys.
