Your iCloud Drive can be freely accessed on your iOS device via the Files app. Launch the app and
go to Browse>iCloud Drive and then you can manage the files stored in your iCloud.

If you want to share documents or folders in Files, press and hold on them and then tap an option in the contextual menu that appears.

Share files
If you want to share a loose file then
press, hold and choose the ‘Share’ menu
option. You can then choose a sharing
method, such as AirDrop or Messages.

Tag people
If you want to collaborate on a document
then tap on the ‘Add People’ option, set the
Share Options (who can access it and what
they can do) and then send them a link.

Sharing folders
Folders may be too big to share. Tap on
the ‘Compress’ option to zip the folder first
and then press and hold on it again to see
that the ‘Share’ option will now be present.

Reveal options
While in your iCloud Drive, swipe
down to access more options,
including ones to change the view
and sort the files (via Name, Date,
Size, Kind and Tags). You will also
see the ‘...’ icon.

Manage files
Press and hold on a folder or
document to bring up a contextual
menu of options. These include
options to tag files and mark them
as favourites so that they are easier
to find within your iCloud Drive.

Create a folder
Tap on the ‘...’ icon and choose
‘New Folder’ to create a new folder
within your drive. Give it a name
and then tap ‘Done’ to save it to
your drive. You can then move files
to it by pressing on them and then
choosing ‘Move’.

Scan documents
Tap on the ‘...’ icon and choose
‘Scan Documents’ to instantly
switch to your device’s camera.
Position your device over the
document you want to scan and
tap the shutter button. Tap ‘Save’ to
store the scan in your iCloud Drive.

Connect
to server
Tap on the ‘...’ icon and
choose ‘Connect to Server’
and you will be able to
connect to your office
server and work with the
files within that server on
your iOS device.

Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turn off automatic downloads if
you don’t want new purchases pushed to your other Apple devices.
