gather emails from a specific
person or organisation and then
filter them into sub-folders. The
only drawback is that you have to
remember to check these folders

Access options
Go to iCloud.com, log into your
account and then click on ‘Mail’. Next, click
on the cog icon in the lower-left corner and
choose the ‘Rules’ option from the menu.2
Add new rule
While in the Rules tab, click on ‘Add
a Rule’ and then create a new rule. You
will be able to set the rule criteria from the

As well as being able to access your files
and use the full suite of Apple iCloud apps
on any computer (even a Windows PC),
iCloud.com also allows you to do stuff
that you can’t do on a Mac or iOS device.

If you accidentally delete files, contacts,
bookmarks or calendar items from your
iCloud account then you can restore

will see links that you can click on to
restore various items. You will need to
act fairly fast as these files are only kept
