Wacom pen tablet and a Loupedeck+ console connected to my PC to specifically assist with my digital artwork.

Software wise I use either Lightroom, Capture One or ON 1 to first fine tune my photographic images, before transferring them
into Photoshop for final adjustments or putting together compositions.

There are a lot of software programmes available these days that can be used to further assist a digital artist with their work.
Some of these software programmes can be very good but often somewhat expensive, while some others, usually lower cost
programmes, can be just a total waste of money as I have sometimes found out to my cost!

The most indispensable software that I have come across to date is Pratik Naik’s ‘Infinite Color Panel’. It is very easy to use and
it is not that expensive to purchase. I do use this colour grading panel quite a lot and find it a very valuable and time saving tool
when finally trying to bring a piece together through colour grading.

What’s the next step in your artistic life?

To be famous!! No! Not! To be honest photography and digital photo artistry are my main hobbies and act as a very positive
escape for me from the hectic lifestyle we all seem to have to follow these days. I do very much enjoy creating digital photo art
and wish that I had discovered this amazing artistic field much sooner. I gain satisfaction by sharing my photographic and digital
art with others when I can. When people tell me that they actually like and enjoy viewing the work that I have produced, that is
then the ‘icing on the cake for me’. Also sell a canvas or two during my artistic journey, that is an additional bonus for me too! If I
can create an art piece that has a positive impact with people, I am happy and feel that my creative work has been worthwhile. I
am of the opinion that you never stop learning and I do still have a lot to learn and further skills to develop in relation to both my
photography and digital art work, so this will certainly keep me busy for quite a long time ahead I think!

What would your advice be to an aspiring photographer/digital photo artist?

My advice to an aspiring photographer/digital photo artist would be to practice, practice and practice more! You cannot be a
photographer if you do not regularly go out and capture images. Good photographers will tell you that they may have taken
thousands of photographs before they manage to capture a’ great’ one. It is the same with digital artistry. Lots of practice, with
many trials and errors over time helps the aspiring digital photo artist to master and manage the electronic tools of the trade.
