healthier mom, and
she never lookedback.” Aside from eating better, Adele
has also cut back on alcohol and com-
mitted to a fitness regimen that has
included Rise Nation climbing work-
outs and Pilates. Now she’s “still very
focused” on staying healthy while
gearing up for new music. She told

Institute of Design
& Merchandising last

she’s in a good place
right now: “She seems
