What I Eat
in a Day
The Verdict
“Sloane takes a balanced
approach to eating with
plenty of healthy fats and
protein,” says Atlanta-based
dietitian Marisa Moore. Her
protein-packed day starts
at breakfast with the Greek
yogurt and continues through
lunch and dinner. Stephens’s
lunchtime salad has “plenty
of protein, creamy healthy
fats and veggies,” and the
salmon and broccoli combo
at dinner will keep her “feeling
satisfied, yet it’s light enough
so that it won’t interfere with
her sleep.” Plus her post-
workout chocolate milk “helps
replenish glucose and
refuels her muscles.”
