NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that theWashington Suburban Sanitary
Commission(the “Commission”) willreceive electronic bids only for
the above-captionedbonds (the“Bonds”) of theWashington Suburban
SanitaryDistrict (the “District”) at 10:30A.M. prevailingEastern time
on February 25, 2020, via I-DealPARITY.No bids of less than 100% of
par plus accrued interest,no oral bid and no bid for less than all of the
Bonds will be considered. The Bonds willbea wardedbased on the
lowestinterestcost to the Commission, determined in accordance
withthe true interest costmethod.The winningbiddershall submit a
goodfaith deposit to the Commission byafederalfunds wire transfer,
no later than two hours after the verbal award in the amount of
