This month brings fresh scents, skincare

Louis Vuitton’s latest addition,

Heures D’Absence, £185, is an

all-out celebration of jasmine

(master perfumer Jacques Cavallier

Belletrud’s favourite flower). Named

after the house’s first fragrance,

from the 1920s, it also combines

sambac jasmine, May rose,

pittosporum and Sri Lankan

sandalwood. Elsewhere, Jo Malone

welcomes us to Lavenderland,

where, for its latest collection,

English lavender is amplified by notes

of wisteria, silver birch and coriander.

Versace has stepped up its fragranza

offering, too, introducing the Atelier

Versace eau de parfum collection,
