uring this group learning session, we del-
ved into the fascinating world of cate-
ring service. We actively explored this
topic through various activities that enriched our un-
derstanding and vocabulary related to catering service.
Group Reading:
We began the session by collectively reading and discus-
sing the topic of catering service as a group. This group
reading allowed us to share ideas, perspectives, and
grasp key concepts related to catering service. Through
collaborative dialogue, we could clarify doubts and so-
lidify our understanding of the fundamental principles.
Mind Map:
Following the group reading, we worked together to
create a mind map. This mind map became a valuable
visual tool summarizing essential aspects
of catering service. It included
details about planning, logis-
tics, menu selection, and
other crucial aspects of
this service. This mind
map served as a quick
reference and visual re-
minder for future projects

immersing ourselves in specific
catering service vocabulary.
We explored and memorized a wide
range of terms and phrases related
to the preparation and provision
of catering services. This in-
cluded words associated with
types of food, kitchen utensils,
dish presentation, and more.
Also on this day, glossaries
with 50 words were presented,
each group would be assigned
a topic and depending on the to-
pic, 50 words related to it would
be searched and then presented. In
addition, dynamics and exams were
carried out according to the presentations.
