Directions


  1. Season the chicken pieces with some salt and pepper. Dust them with the flour and place
    them aside.

  2. Place a large pan over medium heat. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in it. Cook in it the chicken until it
    becomes golden brown on all sides.

  3. Place a small skillet over medium heat. Heat in it the rest of the oil. Add the onion and
    cook it for 12 min over low heat.

  4. Stir in the cooked chicken with sultanas, stock and spices. Let them cook for 6 min over
    low heat

  5. Combine in the pine nuts, coriander and lemon juice. Serve it warm.

  6. Enjoy.
