Directions



  1. Place a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Heat the butter in it.

  2. Get a large mixing bowl: combine in the rice, meat, coriander, paprika and cinnamon. Mix
    them well and shape them into bite size meatballs.

  3. Sauté the meatballs in the heated butter until they become golden brown on all sides.

  4. Stir in the saffron with onion, stock, a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Cook them until they start boiling. Put on the lid and cook them for 42 min over low heat.

  6. Once the time is up, combine in the parsley with lemon juice. Let the stew cook for 6 min.
    serve it warm.

  7. Enjoy.
