Directions



  1. Get a mixing bowl: stir in it the chili, chili flakes, garlic, lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin,
    sultanas, pine nuts, half the olive oil and 1 tsp salt.

  2. Stir the chicken into the chili mix the cover it. Place it in the fridge for 32 min.

  3. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Heat the rest of the oil in it. Brown in it the chicken
    for 3 min on each side.

  4. Place the orange piece on top of the chicken then let them cook until the chicken is done.
    Combine in the mint. Serve it warm.

  5. Enjoy.
