You can make
creative white
balance shifts to your
raw photos with far
greater headroom
than JPEGs. So if
you want to give a
sunset a warmer
feel, simply drag the
Te mp e r a t u r e a n d
Tint sliders to the
right to add yellow
and magenta casts
to the scene.
One of the great things about shooting raw is that you can fine-tune the white balance
of an entire set of photos that have been shot under the same conditions, like in a studio
set-up. Photograph a calibrated grey card in one of the frames, then click on the grey card with
the White Balance Tool and sync the correction to the entire set of photos to correct them all.
