“She is so cute, she’s like a little terrier-chihuahua
mix. I tried to get her a passport, but my aunt
offered to look after her in Canada. Plus, it puts
my headspace just on work.”
Now in London she tells us she’s excited about
getting to know the city, as previously she’d only
visited for a few days at Christmas.
“Randomly, four of my best friends happen to be
here, at the same time. So, it’s not really forced me
to go out of my comfort zone and make new friends
yet, but I am not afraid to do that. I’m actually
excited to immerse myself into the culture here
and start afresh. When I go to different cities, I
always try to do that, I think it helps to grow you,
so I’m happy to be in London for that reason.”
Before she leaves, we must ask her what she’ll be
wearing to Coachella this year. “Every year I really
think about it. This summer I think I’m going to
go a bit tomboy-sporty. Last year I went super girly.
I think, when you go to festivals, it’s good to do
something different to the previous year. But also,
try something you always wished you could wear,
because it’s a festival so you can. Wear that weird
thing you have in your closet.”
