COOKER Linda had shelves built from reclaimed timber to
keep her cookbooks handy, especially when she is whipping
up delicious meals on the black Smeg cooker (top left). The
cooker perfectly suits her home’s farmhouse heritage. “I love
the country style of it, and it is great to cook on too,” she says.
DINING ROOM The Bay Leaf table and Coco Republic dining
chairs (top right, modelled by Scout) were purchased when Linda
and Mark lived in Sydney. During the period between selling and
moving into their home, the table served as a communal table
in a friend’s cafe. “It became a bit battle weary there at the cafe,
but that’s how I like it now,” says Linda. A striking chandelier
accentuates the dining zone (get the look with the ‘Barrhill’
vintage pendant light from Lighting Illusions). >
