Hibiscus Tea
In a saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil.
Remove from the heat. Add 5 dried
hibiscus flowers or 1 tsp. crushed dried
hibiscus flowers and let stand 5 minutes.
Strain tea. Serve in a chilled glass over ice.
Makes 1 serving.
