Ready for spring?

Here at Ta s t e o f H o m e , we su re a re —and in t his issue, we have t he
recipes and f lavors to prove it. From the gorgeous Lemon Lover’s
Pound Cake Bundt featured on our cover (r e c ipe, p age 49) to sweet
and savory rhubarb (page 52) to fun ideas for creating your own fresh
herb garden (page 81), we’re excited to shake off winter’s grip and
brighten up our tables.
For an instant mood-lifter, check out our Generational Gems
contest winners (page 71). We were over whelmed w it h you r response
to this contest, which asked for your special family recipes that
have been handed down through generations. Our food editors
loved reading through the hundreds of heartwarming stories and
tasting your heritage recipes. Selecting the winners for this contest
was no easy task, but thank you for making it so deliciously difficult!
We know you’re always looking for easy weeknight dinners, too.
So we think you’ll love the comforting sheet-pan suppers in our
Roasted feature (page 38), plus fun breakfast-for-dinner recipes
