‘I made tummy time
a regular part of our day
- we always spent 30 minutes
after Lauren’s bath, lying on the
sofa having skin-to-skin time with
Lauren on my tummy. We’d listen to
the band Sigur Rós because their
music is really calming, so tummy
time became part of a really soothing,
pre-bedtime wind down.’

Lauren, 16 months
