1 Tomake thecurry sauce,heat theoil
in a saucepan,addtheonion,squash
andappleandfry for2-3 minutes.Add
thegarlicandcurry powder,andfry for
10 seconds.Addthestockandmango
chutney. Coverandsimmerfor 10
minutes,thenblenduntilsmooth.
Cod cubes with fruity curry sauce
Thisisafantasticrecipe
to introducenewflavours
encourage your baby to try fish. Itand
easy to make mealtimes fun - serve to ’s
baby in her own mini pots
and let her dip and dunk into
the curry sauce.
2 Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/
gas mark 6. Line a baking sheet with
non-stick paper.
3 Mix the panko breadcrumbs
and curry powder together in a
polythene (freezer) bag.
4 Coat the cod in flour. Dip into egg,
then into the crumb mixture. Shake
the bag to coat the cubes.
5 Place on a baking sheet and drizzle
with oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes,
turning half way through the cooking
time. Serve with the curry sauce.

● 1 onion, chopped
● 50g butternut squash, grated
● ¼ apple, grated
● 1 clove garlic, crushed
● ½ tsp mild korma curry powder
● 150ml unsalted vegetable stock
● 1 tsp mango chutney (for babies

● 60g panko breadcrumbs
● ¼ tsp curry powder
● 300g cod loin, cubed
● A little plain flour, to coat
