I think our mental health is something
we should all be aware of.
“Staying connected, reaching out to
friends and family, and asking for help
if we are struggling are all so important.
We’re in uncharted territory. I’m
particularly concerned about my kids
and how they’re processing everything.
For their sakes, I’m trying to stay calm.”

Taking a moment
Thankfully, Carrie has discovered a way
to help curb some of this anxiety using
meditation. “I started doing it with my
daughter at night and she loves it,”
says Carrie.

after her daughter developed

small-screen stunner Carrie Bickmore,
it’s clear that her child isn’t the only one
Carrie is concerned about.
The Perth-born star, who has tirelessly
raised millions towards brain cancer
research, is also thinking about her
fellow Australians. In the wake of
Covid-19 coronavirus „ and the Black
Summer that preceded it „ the mum of
three is advocating that we all pay close
