Area Four UK supports


Lightspace


[Europe] Area Four Industries Direct UK has
issued a clarification statement in respect to the
continuation of supply of Lightspace deck and
truss products supplied via Impact Products
(Europe) Ltd, who were placed into voluntary
liquidation procedures at the end of 2019.
“Contrary to recent reports, these products
have not been discontinued,” says the company
in a statement. “Milos, which is part of Area
Four Industries, has exclusively manufactured
Impact OEM brands Spacedeck and Lightspace
for the past five years from their production
facilities in the Czech Republic. Area Four
Industries UK owns the rights to Spacedeck and
Lightspace products and will continue to
provide full sales and technical support from
their design and distribution centre in Wisbech,
Cambridgeshire. All truss and staging stocks
have now been transferred from Northampton
to Wisbech.”

ISCEx 2020 goes ahead


[UK] Amid a cascade of tradeshow cancellations,
ISCEx 2020 took place as scheduled in March,
with minor modifications to the event schedule
and social programme.
Show organiser ISCE said measures had
been taken in-line with government advice and
in consultation with the catering team at the
show’s venue, Coombe Abbey. These included
replacing the self-serve lunch buffet with
serving individual meals to delegates and
allowing guests to return to a more private area
during the networking dinner. The event was
attended by over 30 exhibitors and around
200 visitors.

LumenRadio acquires


Wireless Solution


[Sweden] Gothenburg-based LumenRadio AB
has acquired Wireless Solution Sweden AB from
Interlite AB. The two lighting control specialist
brands will maintain their market identities and
operate separately. The combined business will
have a yearly turnover of more than½10m and
more than 50 employees, with complementary
products and solutions addressing a much bigger
customer base.
Alexander Hellström, CEO of LumenRadio,
comments: “We are really excited about this.
Together we will define the wireless standard for
the future and, with all the great technology and


know-how Wireless Solution has built up over the
last two decades, we strongly believe that our
existing and future customers will benefit from the
