WALK TO WORK
If your daily commute gives you a
headache, try parking further afield
or getting off a stop early and strolling
to the office. Walking boosts the
body’s production of stress-busting
endorphins, which can help to
alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety.
‘You’ll feel more grounded when
you’re surrounded by nature’s calming
powers,’ says Natasha Ralph,

‘Try listening to some positive or
calming music, too.’ Alternatively,
stroll with a work pal and have a
mind-healing natter.
