1. Cookthepotatoesin a large
steamerorpanof boilingwater
for6 minutesoruntiltender.
Addthegreenbeans,peasand
spinachforthelast3 minutes.
Removefromtheheatand
setaside.
2. Meanwhile,heattheoilin
anovenprooffryingpanovera
medium-lowheat.Addtheonion
andfryfor3 minutesoruntil
softened.Addthegarlic,thyme,
