attack: try and get as
much daylight as
possible, even if the
weather conspires
against me; keep up
with exercise (along
with everyone else!);
and make sure
there’s always some
extra dark chocolate
to hand. If all that
fails, then heading
off for some winter
sun always seems
to work!_
