LIFELINES

Lace

With any lace pattern, we strongly
recommend using a lifeline. After
a correct section of work, insert a
contrasting length of smooth cotton
yarn through all the stitches on your
needle, but don’t go through any
markers. Then carry on knitting.
If you go wrong, just whip out
your needle, unravel back to your
lifeline and have another go. Just
remember to keep moving the
lifeline up after each correct section.
