This decrease isn’t as literal
as it sounds. It is worked over
two stitches and decreases by
one stitch. To do it, slip the next
two stitches one at a time onto
the right-hand needle as if you
were going to knit them. Return
them to the left-hand needle
and knit these two stitches
together through the back loop.
