A mentor I was working with suggested a "get out of the studio" project. It was December
2020, Covid times in Bangkok and it was nice out in the beautiful weather. Wandering around,
I found the skateboard area in Benchasiri Park. I started taking photos. After returning a few
times, two girls from the skateboard gang came and sat on either side of me and asked,
"What are you doing?" I explained, and from then on, I was free to shoot. It was a happy time
to get out of the house and into the fresh air. The kids were sweet; the scene was easy-going
