The most awarded university
was Kazimierz Wielki University
in Bydgoszcz (POL), with a
total of 8 medals, followed by
University of Aveiro (POR) and
University of Vienna (AUT).

Among the other results, in
the Men’s Eight Finals A, the

University of Tartu (EST) got

the highest place, followed on

the podium by Kazimierz Wielki

University (POL) and University

of Lyon (FRA). The other

places went to Sport University

Cologne (GER), Delft University

of Technology (NED) and

University of Lorraine (FRA).

In the Women’s Eight Finals A,

Nicolaus Copernicus University

(POL) got the Champion title,

while the 2nd place was gained

by University of Lyon (FRA) and

the 3rd went to Kazimierz Wielki

University (POL).

The finish line was completed

by Norwegian Science University

(NOR), University of Munster

(GER) and Pomeranian Medical

University (POL).

Overall, it was a successful

event, held in the respect of

sport principles, inclusion and

fair competition, which saw an

important attendance of both

athletes and fans. The athletes

will have the opportunity to

face each other again during

the next edition of the European

Universities Championship in

Rowing, taking place in Istanbul,

Turkey in 2024.
