The special event, held in part-
nership with the Battle Creek
Area Chamber of Commerce, will
feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony
at 3:30 p.m., followed by a shortprogram in the Community
Center, “where we will unveil
some exciting news,” said Alicia
Davis, director.
